ABOUT LITTLE STEPS 

 

Established in 2007, Little Steps Daycare is a grassroots childcare center, operated by Center Director, Rebeca Rosado, focused on the value of multicultural learning and healthy environment. As Center Director, she attains a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and has completed several graduate classes in early childhood and English as a second language.

OUR STAFF

The safety and care of our children remain the highest priority. Our staff meets the South Carolina Department of Social Services criteria to work with childcare facilities. All staff members undergo reference checks, local and national criminal background checks along with health history. They are required to be First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certified, and all attend ongoing child growth and development training at least 15 hours per year.

As an ABC Quality provider, our staff also holds a South Carolina Health and Safety Pre- Service Certificate for Early Care and Education Professionals.
